Wholesale & Container Orders
A useful quotation begins with a clear specification. Send your product, quantity and destination for a commercial discussion.
Our frozen tilapia fillet enquiries focus on supply from China. Other tilapia formats are assessed separately; do not assume they have the same origin.
Before a purchase order, agree on a written specification, label artwork where relevant, required evidence, inspection arrangements and who handles import clearance.
From enquiry to shipment
Begin with product form, cut or recipe, target size, packing, expected quantity, destination country and port, and preferred shipment period. State whether the enquiry is for a trial shipment or recurring procurement. This information helps distinguish a workable request from an unpriced product idea.
Compare offers on a consistent basis: currency, Incoterm and named place, fish net weight or drained weight, carton count, documentation, inspection, lead time and payment schedule. FOB and CIF figures are not directly comparable without considering the freight and insurance responsibilities.
Before a purchase order, agree on a written specification, label artwork where relevant, required evidence, inspection arrangements and who handles import clearance. Shipping documents and the actual loading plan should match the agreed goods. Availability and delivery dates remain subject to written confirmation.
