Email the product format, desired cut or recipe, weight or can size, packaging, estimated quantity, destination port, required certificates and target shipment month. Include your company name and any destination-market label or registration requirements that affect the quote.

What to include in an enquiry
Product and format
Choose fillets, whole round, gutted/scaled or canned tilapia. For fillets, state skin and bone requirements.
Grade, cut and size
Give the size range or fillet weight band, trimming preferences and acceptable tolerances.
Packing and net weight
For frozen fish, specify net fish weight without glaze. For cans, specify can size and drained weight. Include carton and label details.
Quantity and destination port
State approximate order quantity, destination country and port, and whether this is a trial or repeat purchase.
Required documents
List any destination-specific health certificates, inspections, labels and importer documents that must be verified.
Delivery window
Share your target shipment period, requested Incoterm and any temperature-control requirements.
